Buñuelos de patata y bacon
Ingredients
- 3 papas
- Ají picante
- Perejil
- 100 g de queso
- 80 g de tocino ahumado
- Sal
- 2 huevos
- 1 cucharada de harina
- Aceite vegetal
Instructions
- Grate potatoes and drain them.
- Season with chili pepper and chopped parsley.
- Also add cheese and bacon cut in thin stripes.
- Aside whisk the eggs and pour them in the mixture.
- Add salt and flour and blend well.
- Shape the fritters and fry them in hot oil until golden.
